Art Exchange Festival (AEF) was born from the desire of multidisciplinary artist Alejandra Glez to create a bridge between different cultures through contemporary art, with the support of Cuban artist and entrepreneur Adán Perugorria.

The first edition of the festival was a transformative encounter, where Spanish artists and curators traveled to Cuba to share experiences, conduct workshops and forge creative ties with local talents. Inspired by this exchange, Alejandra decided to turn the festival into an independent, non-profit platform, focused on fostering international artistic collaboration and promoting emerging talent.
